Great place. I reserved the uhaul with a discounted price but for some reason the uhaul system wasn't giving it to me on the printed contract. They honored my discount that I had agreed on when I reserved online, and manually entered the discount into the system for me. Appreciate all the help from them and great service.

GEORGE REverything was great, reserved online, picked up the truck, it was clean and ready to go. Made aware of any issues and how much gas in gallons was in the tank so I knew what to fill up afterward. The staff was really great and friendly.

Mukesh RYou can start by keeping the orders the same I booked weeks in advance to have my pick up locations changed over four times the day before my move. Then when I receive the truck, it was packed with snow. They gave me a broom to sweep the back of the truck by myself and to take this truck out of the Snow Hill. They then made me go to two different locations to get the other piece of equipment, which was improperly connected and damaged. My vehicle left me stranded when I called and had to come up with money to repair my vehicle. Very bad experience.

KNUT HMy experience was awful. My pick up time was 12pm in the pinebrook office. I got there and no one was present I talked to U-Haul and they could only get me something in Paterson so I waited two hours for the pinebrook people to show up. When they arrived they the truck was snowed in and it wasn’t hooked up to the car towing trailer and it was also snowed in and covered in snow. They guy tried to give me the keys and have me figure it out on my own and I was so infuriated that he would try and do this to me. U-Haul then had me go to two separate locations. One in Chatham to get the truck which was snowed in and the roof was covered in snow and ice which I had to shovel off the roof so that the ice wouldn’t hit my car I was towing and break my windshield and then I had to quickly get to Florham park which closed at 3 pm to get the trailer to tow my car then I had to uber back to Chatham to get my car and drive it to florham park to load it on the trailer. The florham park place was excellent. The rest of the places were awful and my experience was awful getting this UHaul which delayed everything I had carefully planned out which included help with packing the truck.

MARK LI really enjoyed the rental and the products, The only thing is the younger guy is no kindly interested to assist the customers…I was not doing any favor and was my first time renting this kind of service.
MARCOS LPioneer rentals has a full selection of vehicle types and I've used them multiple times with no problems. Recently when I went in to pick up my rental van the whole system was down but one of the people there figured out how to process my transaction over his phone! I scanned my license and did everything else using my cell phone. My only suggestion is that U-haul should have e-z pass rather than bill the customer later because not having E-Z pass in the vehicle means the toll gets charged by taking a picture of the vehicle's license plate and then U-haul bills you later (some tolls are only E-Z pass or bill by taking a photo). I know that in PA not having an e-z pass makes the toll higher by around $30.

Joseph HThey were so helpful. Front desk staff were straightforward and got me on my way. There was one middle eastern gentleman who kind of looked like a buff asif manvi, he was so kind, calm, and immediately helpful setting up our vehicle trailer. I've never been in and out of a uhaul faster, and this was the largest and most complicated order I've ever had. Seemless! Can't recommend them enough.

The truck was clean, the location was too, but the truck had next to no gas, which was frustrating, since were we so late already.
