peter lIf uhauls came equipped with cruise control and usb ports for playing music, that would be a major quality of life change for the better. Additionally my husband’s legs were cramping half way through the 3 hr drive because the seat didn’t move far enough back from the steering wheel. The location/service we received was great though. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My only “complaints” were with the vehicle itself. But everything went smoothly and according to plan!

Robert RThis U-Haul truck was in very poor condition. The front end of the truck sounded like it was going to fall apart while driving over uneven surfaces. U-Haul needs to do a better job of maintaining their trucks.

JOSEPH FGreat place. I reserved the uhaul with a discounted price but for some reason the uhaul system wasn't giving it to me on the printed contract. They honored my discount that I had agreed on when I reserved online, and manually entered the discount into the system for me. Appreciate all the help from them and great service.

GEORGE REverything was great, reserved online, picked up the truck, it was clean and ready to go. Made aware of any issues and how much gas in gallons was in the tank so I knew what to fill up afterward. The staff was really great and friendly.
