I prepaid for 2 dozen blankets and a furniture dolly, and neither were in the truck when I picked it up, which was after hours so the office was closed. I had to go out of my way to pick up the items I paid for at another UHaul location. Would suggest fulfilling your obligation to paying customers.Ronald M.

Horrible experience with Everson branch. Called to confirm time of pick up. Told 1015 no earlier. Showed up office closed - trailer not there. This is after being switched from Bellingham after reserving a month ahead. No one showed up for close to 40 minutes. With the change of location added over two hours to the process (two precious hours needed to pack). Not sure who runs the business but they suck.Christopher B.
Pioneer Storage owner Michael Flint was extremely helpful. With the current COVID-19, call the office number and he'll arrange to meet you at the office. As a UHaul rental location. Michael was able to arrange for the UHaul truck to be dropped off at this location versus having to drive to Bellingham after off loading at this storage facility. Customer service was great. Very friendly and helpful. The reservation process for 2 day, one way trailer rentals needs to be improved. It's not possible to complete the process online. Once booked via a phone call, I had to call customer service each time my reservation was changed (U-Haul changed pick up and drop off locations) as the online reservation would not reflect a two day rental. When I dropped the trailer off (on-time per my rental contract) the customer service rep at Pioneer Storage told me I was supposed have returned it the day prior. What she was seeing in the system did not reflect the terms in my contract. The customer service reps on the phone were excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable.jill D.

Staff here is always ready to go above and beyond. They're very straightforward and honest about what the circumstances are.......if something's available or not, or when it MIGHT be available, etc, etc. I trust them explicitly . And I love the fact that they treat me like I'm family. And they'll do whatever they can to fit my needs. Even when I walk in with a long shot, at a time when they have very little inventory, because it's the busiest time of year for moving. Kudos to Pioneer Storage in Everson!!!! Not sure if the trailer is rated for a 15 amp plug in for brakes/turn signals but I blew 4 fuses while I rented to trailer. Its either its asking too much power for my truck or something was wrong with the trailer.Mike L.

I originally rented a trailer from the Bellingham location. A few days before pick up, I received a call that Bellingham did not have the trailer but Everson did. So I had to drive out of my way to get the trailer. Then the attendant charged me an extra $20 for picking it up there. Bad customer service . . .donald r M.

After this experience with U-HAUL, I'll let everyone know that "reservation" doesn't mean the same thing to UHaul as it does to the rest of us. It means, "If we have a truck available the morning of your reservation, we will let you know.". Very bait-and-switch behavior. Total bullshit.Kelly A.

On-line reservation/rental system is mis-leading in that the equipment we reserved and desired to pick up in our town was not in fact available (bait and switch) We had to build in additional TIME and distance to our moving day in order to facilitate the pick up of this trailer.Deborah C.
When reservation was made, drop off location was scheduled for Lynden Wa. Two hours after picking up the trailer a representative called me and said that she changed the drop off location to Everson. So I had to drive a hour to drop off the trailer. Would not have rented this trailer if told that at the time of reservation.mike T.

I used this site to drop-off a truck during a one-way move. While the attendant was really friendly, it's upsetting that I had to spend 20-30 minutes on the phone with corporate trying to fix an erroneous charge of $18 for gas when I left more gas in the truck than what I was given at the pick-up location and had the pictures to prove it. Corporate said they'd already told the location how to fix the charge but this location "wasn't listening" to them, which is my reason for the low rating.Aimee W.

Absolutely great service when I got there the lady asked me for my paperwork we went over the usual checking the lights on the car dolly if she asked me to go inside and we waited about two minutes and then she asked us to go around and leave the dolly she unhooked it by her self and she took care of the rest she open the gate and we were good to go and in Less than maybe seven minutes we were golden to leave definitely recommend this location and the service is great!!vanessa Z.

I live in Bellingham, WA and had to return the trailer to Everson, WA which is 35 minutes away from Bellingham. That sucked...Nate E.
I can't believe the drop off location was so far away from Bellingham where I dropped my son off at college. My reservation was for a Bellingham dropoff and was made a month in advance. We had a late drop off but had no idea how dark the roads would be to get to the location. There should be a warning on how remote of a location it is. As a single mom, I didn't feel safe . A warning to customers should be given with late night drop offs on how remote it was. Personally, I would have preferred to drive the truck and pay the miles to go all the way back to Poulsbo than to leave the truck that far out of the way. Not the fault of the provider but of the reservation itself.Kelly N.
