The truck had a lot of vibration at highway speeds. Guessing flat spots on tires, out of balance. The cost to rent the truck and fuel was over $525.00 for the two days, that's a lot for a non profit organization to come up with, as we try to do this donation trip twice a year, from one church to another church organization.

I completed the rental online including my AAA discount. It took me 20 minutes to complete everything at pickup I already completed online again. Sensuous in my opinion! I was told that he would meet me at the truck once I moved my vehicle (didn't happen). The truck did not have a quarter tank as I was told. The truck steering is very loose and not safe to drive. I was flagged down on I-75 telling me the cargo door was not latched causing me to pull over to close it. I called the pickup location, but no answer. Inside the cab was so noisy I could barely heard the ring. After addressing these issues at the return location I received a call from district manager a several hours later. Greg accepted no concern for these issues and was very rude.

Scheduled a pick up at Troy recieved a call on the way to pick up and was told by the area manager that a van was not available at Troy had to go to a different location? After pick up the Troy location cal Ljubljana ed and asked why I was over an hour late for pickup? Told them that the area manager called and told that the van wasn't available??? What kind of BS is this will never use UHaul again when you get this kind of treatment from an area Manager?????

Reserved a truck in Sidney, Ohio Go over to pick it up and no truck, Sent me to Piqua, Ohio. Took another hour, had people waiting To help. Also the wiper blade fell off the passenger Side.

The pickup and drop off went flawlessly. Abbey was a great help and knew her job very well. The problem I had was with the online reservations. I reserved a 17 ft. moving truck from the Troy Ohio location. I received a confirmation number and all was good. I just happened to be in the area of the pickup location, so I stopped in to confirm everything was in order. It was not. They couldn't find my name or my order number. They did finally find me another truck several miles from the original pickup point. The website is very cumbersome and hard to use.

We had difficulty with the driver door. To unlock the door we had to climb from the passenger side and unlock that way. The driver door would not shut properly. We have been renting from the Piqua location for many years. We use the vehicle for an event that we hold each year. They are always very nice and very accommodating. This is the first time we have ever had an issue with a vehicle.

The trailer was reserved using the online process but the wrong trailer was sent to Piqua Store N' Lock not matching the confirmation received by email. Piqua Store N' Lock was very helpful but the only trailer matching the reservation was 40 miles away. Mad hour job much more difficult. The local store was great but the online reservation process is flawed.

the girl that was at the drop off store was very rude and bossy, she would not do her job, wanting me to open doors for her and then close them for her, not very friendly, and then told me she was going to have to mop the truck out, I asked her if she was going to charge me for that and she said no, then why did she even mention it, it was cleaner than when I received it.

The man was incompetent and could've understand the deal my friend in Massachusetts and I were trying to accomplish. She was trying to pay for it and I was charged instead.It was his truck he said and I couldn't drop it in Sidney, Ohio. I had to bring it back to Piqua. The main office told me to go there. Then I find out later it was the wrong dealer and my friend was charged for a cancellation fee at the other place.I hope I never have to use U Haul again ! Plus I was overcharged ! 24 miles, 15' no overage timewise, 126.00. WTF?

Drop the trailer and the dolly off yesterday evening forgot to leave the blankets they called in the morning so I dropped them off that afternoon they didn't charge me for the extra time wonderful place thank you
