The people were very unprofessional. I called to change my pick up time and the guy told me it was fine. Then when I got there he wasn't there and I had to wait for a half an hour for him to get back.

The directions to drop off U-Haul at this location were not available. It was difficult to know where to park the truck and what to do with the kepys
We originally scheduled the pick up for a location near us and were told last minute, after confirming that the reservation and truck we're ready to go, that we had to go pick up the truck almost an hour away. Completely unacceptable.

When I was notified that the 10' truck I reserved was not available at the pickup location for that date, U-Haul was kind enough to comp me up to the 15' truck for the price of the 10' truck. Great customer service!!!

I was charged 80.00 even though I drove an extra 2 hrs to return the trailer at pick up site to be charged 29.00 I didn't drop it off in altoona as charged I dropped it off in kersey where I picked it up.

I think its bullshit that you charge ex amount for gas mileage and the customer has to sink in whole lot of money out of pocket for gas. We put $160.00 worth of gas that we really didn't have. Its also bullshit that you wanta charge another $320.00 because it wasn't dropped off where it was picked up from. Well guess what folks neither my daughter or us have that kind of money. If you even think about touching either card which won't have what you want on them anyway. I will never rent from you again cuz of your dumb policy.
Originally ordered a 26 ft uhaul with moving blankets and dolly online to be picked up here, got a email stating that i had to drive 20 minutes away to pick it up. I got to new place Piccirillo's Auto Services, 138 W Main St, Ridgway, PA 15853 for an 8am pick-up and no one showed up. Call uhaul and they told me that the next biggest truck in the area was back at Pistners. When i got to Pistners the lady at the counter tells me i can drive to a different town (Johnsonburg, PA) and they may have a 20ft. Not being able to chance the xtra time that would be lost (becasue of daycare issues) or being sure that the other place had a 20ft truck we took the 15ft. At checking out come to find out they dont have the moving pad or the dolly. When i left Pistners i was given a trip ticket (inspection tag) with 1/2 tank of fuel marked and no contract. When i went to return it in Gettysburg I find that Pistners had made the contract one-way with Pistners the drop off and return place along with showing 5/8 fuel. Because of all this confusion and unprofessionalism, I now have to drive the 200 miles back to St. Marys, Pa to get the remaining stuff that would have fit in the original 26ft uhaul that i had reserved. What should have been a simple move costing me a day of daycare, and a day of vacation time is now going to cost me another day of day care, 2 days of vacation me and my helper, and 400 extra miles wear and tear on a vehicle.
Chris came in to meet me on his normal day off (Sunday), could not be more pleased with the level of service at Pistner's Auto Service in Saint Mary's, PA

I dropped off the trailer after hours. When I called the next day to check on the trailer return, the staff quickly checked in the trailer and called me back to let me know that I was good to go.
