The entire driveway and lot was a solid sheet of ice. I slipped and fell when I got out of my truck and another time walking around the uhaul trying to get pictures.

WOW. Chris and a big man with tattoos helped me and they were vary nice and polite. Evey time I called they helped me and there were no problems. They really helped me out a at pickup and hooked me up. I am not kidding I Have Never Had That Good Of A Service Ever!!! Anywhere! Thanks. There are no improvements needed at that location. WOW!

Rented a normal dolly, appliance dolly and 2 furniture dollies. Didn't receive any of them but was still charged for them. Shouldn't charge customers for equipment and service not rendered.

Definitely check the tires of car transporter trailer, because I had a almost completely flat tire, realized after driving for 2 hours in Pennsylvania when we stopped at a gas station for our u-Haul truck refueling, but after putting air it was good until Florida, then sitting overnight it lost air again before I return the truck and transport trailer.

Reserved a 15' truck over a week in advance. Got called the day before by U-Haul to be told my location did not have I had to travel to different location over 1/2 away.
When I said no,they offered us a 26' for same price as 15'. I accepted as I did not have much choice and all went well except I had a 1/2 truck load, but much better than being short if space.

I rented 2 dollies, got charged for them, but didn't get them. Place was closed, so there was nothing I could do about it. Won't make the mistake of renting additional equipment again.

Set up contract to be in kane was told to go to st marys which is 40 miles away. Then was told i had to return to st marys. I should have been able to return and pick up in kane. I recommend going back to making sure you get a uhaul at prefered place and dropping off at any uhaul facility like it was before

The people were very unprofessional. I called to change my pick up time and the guy told me it was fine. Then when I got there he wasn't there and I had to wait for a half an hour for him to get back.
