Mark gI had issues with my equipment and was told my rental would be extended for no charge, after I had to wait over 2 hours for roadside service to arrive because U-Haul dispatched a towing company 1 hour and 45 minutes away, even though I was only a few minutes from a small town which my insurance company dispatched a tow for for my personal vehicle, because U-Haul wouldn’t tow my vehicle with their company. U-haul also wanted to take the loaded trailer almost 75 miles away from where I was instead of 15 miles to my house so I could empty it. Then Instead of being charged 2 days as expected due to the problems, I was charged for a 7 day rental. I was told several times I would be not be charged the extra days and that U haul would work with me, just to keep them in the loop regard repairs. I ended up disputing this and was told somebody would call me within 72 hours. Nobody called. I called back and was told my dispute was denied. I asked for someone else to talk to and requested the recorded calls be replayed in which I was told I would not be charged and was still told I would have to pay for the extra days. Very poor customer service and false promises made. Will not use again or recommend if at all possible. I have been a loyal customer and rented several times and still feel very wronged with no satisfactory attempts to resolve the issue.
William PCloses at 3 every day with no discernable parking spots. I just had to guess at the best place to park the truck and hope it was okay. Despite it being the closest location to my new home, I'll go out of my way and find another location for all future rentals.

Patrica LThe mobile pickup experience is horrible. It wanted me to verify damage, mileage, and fuel before it would tell me which truck. I spent ~20 minutes on hold to get to an operator to tell me the truck number. The truck itself was nearly brand new, so no problems there.
Kelsi MI can't make this up...the location was back behind some building, in a not so nice part of town, we arrived and didn't see anyone, fine. We parked exited our vechiles and headed towards the door, thay was surrounded by trash. There was an old camper sitting right in the door way and I wish I was lying when I say the camper was rocking and there was loud mouning coming from inside of it... having no choice we walked past into the thrift store that was almost dark inside and filled with old junk. Sick at our stomachs from what was going on inside we waited, and waited... an older woman appeared and asked if we had paid with a card, took the keys without much more interaction and we exited only to have to walk back past the rocking camper and endure the sound of two people inside fucking...I have never, and I hope I never again find myself in such a awkward situation... U-haul should refund our retention fees for having to be in this situation! I am disgusted and can only imagine if it had been my mother or grandmother returned the u-haul and found themselves in that situation. We walked away feeling like we needed showers just from having to walk inside and past the camper!!!!

Trey DIt was nearly impossible to find this place and the auto transport had a bad right tire wench. I had to retighten it three times during my trip, which meant I had to untangle it first. It was the worst piece of equipment I dealt with.
