Truck was on Empty literally empty fuel. Luckily we had gas station nearby. Mileage was not as listed I took picture of current mileage someone it came blurry I paid extra 6 mileage on truck. And truck was soooooo dirty that we first thing had to mop it. I've rented U- Haul many times but this was thw worst experince.

The staff were not helpful at all. I got there two minutes after closing and the two male employees said so it in the app with no instruction what so ever. I asked if I could drop it at another location and was told sure no problem, without informing me of an extra charge. Anyway you could remove this location from your pickup/drop off list. Absolutely filthy establishment with the worst service I have ever encountered. It seemed like I was inconveniencing them.

The truck inside was clean but the back was left dirty as for that it was a awesome place and very polite works As for the place on Kenmount there were very ignorant and rude.

My credit card was unfairly charged an extra $49 for gas & drop off fee. We filled gas level to exactly where it was at pick-up time, and had the truck for less than a full day - 8:30a.m to 8:30pm.

Your app and on-line booking tools are not very useful; they kept bringing me through many steps almost to the end and then I'd get an error. I had to call to make the reservation, which is absurd in 2023.

When I arrived the truck was not assigned to me so I had to go inside and get the truck instead of checking in with my phone. Once we got the truck I found there to be a strong smell of cigarette smoke as well as a sticky substance sprayed on the steering wheel and dash. I found garbage and broken pieces of mirror in the bed of the truck. I have rented numerous u-hauls in the past and while I don't expect them to be a show room ready ride it is quite unpleasant when you have to drive with the windows down for the entire duration of the trip.
