Very nice people at this location. There was some issues with the jack to raise the trailer, very still and hard to turn. Otherwise equipment was in great shape and made the 1,000 mile trip with no issues. That is a great thing! I was not happy that my original reservation at a location 20 minutes from my home was cancelled. A new reservation was confirmed to this location which was 2 hours from my home. Really no choice as we were moving out of state. Half day wasted getting a car trailer!
Adrian HI rented a car trailer here over the weekend and had a great experience. I called ahead to reserve and the gentleman on the phone was super quick with details on what was available, pricing, and insurance. I showed up a couple hours earlier than planned on Saturday and he adjusted everything right away, no hassle. Honestly the easiest U-Haul rental I’ve had so far. Definitely recommend this spot if you need a trailer or truck in Menomonie!
