I found the process a little frustrating with the online picture taking portion. I have a poor quality camera in my phone and seemed it wouldn't accept any pics I took with it. So had to go to the agent and get them to do that process for me which was very inconvenient otherwise the location was good and truck did the job intended

I tried the Knights Inn location and they were not very nice and said they had nothing available, two trucks were sitting there and were still there on my way home. The lady at Pitaland was very professional and polite. I would recommend her.
Kathleen TI showed up to pick up the U-Haul, the employee had zero idea what I was talking about, took 45 minutes to get it all settled which cut into my time. After I finally got the truck it had a very flat tire and a headlight out. The tire was at 10 psi instead of the recommended 80 psi so I hooked up my personal mini compressor which is all I had at the time, that took another 45 minutes to fill up, so I was late by an hour and a half and had no choice but to extend my time. Not impressed.
Ben LCustomer service moved my reservation from location A to B. Received confirmation from location B and called customer service to confirm furniture dolly was available. Customer service moved my reservation from location B to location C as it would have a furniture dolly. It took locaion C 45 mins to find/process reservation. Booked a furniture dolly and was told they didn't have one. Received receipt and called customer service re: kilometre charge on website states .99 cents but I was charged $1.19/km. Apparently that’s the rate on weekends - would have been nice to have been informed prior to receiving receipt; furniture dolly and furniture pads are on a 1st come 1st serve basis - their website and their customer service rep doesn’t state/mention this. Very disappointed and I would not recommend this location or company.
Donna WA little bizarre. The young lady that I dealt with was very nice nd competent . The billing process and return of vehicle process was FUNNY. It has been a few years since I rented through U haul and the entire process seemed strange. In the final analysis the price charged seems to be realistic.
ALEXANDER WEnsure the customer gets their rental filled up with gas not a 1/4 tank of gas we had to fill up and then returned it with more gas than was in it when we got it and they weren’t very sympathized in the past we have rented a U-Haul and it was full of gas and we only had to fill it up what we used to ensure it was full I will not go to this location again
BRENDA MI reserved my truck for this past saturday for 9am called at 855 to let them know I wont be there until til 930 to 945 . When I got there they didnt have someone there who could assist me with the final stage of my rental. We were there for about 30 minutes while the girl who was there was on. The phone with the gentleman I spoke to at 855 we were there for close to 45 minutes. When the man on the phone drove in went to the back and kept coming in and out and then they couldn't find the keys and finally they reprogram a key and gave it to me. A 5 minute maybe 10 minute time frame ended up an hour.while people were gathering at my home to load a truck that wasnt there. So they were inconvenienced and I was inconvenienced and my brother who was my driver. I over all had the worst experience with this uhaul place. I always try to use uhaul as the expense isnt too bad. But I dont know. We literally drove 1 km and used nothing in gas and it still cost me 60 dollars. But more than anything the waste of an hour waiting to get the key and truck. I will NOT use this company(dealer) again
Dawn MThey advertise that you can get the vehicle anytime but you can only get the vehicle at 11am or the night before. They did extend my hours by two hours which was kind of them. The bag inside the back cab had a broken light bulb and a pair of underwear inside which was absolutely disgusting. The vehicle had not been cleaned in the interior. The vehicle ran fine and due to almost no contact through the app it was a peasant experience and the vehicle worked well and didn't consume much gas.
SHAUN SBox of truck was dirty I swept it out when I was finished and still got a 25 dollar cleaning fee
Glenn WThey did not do any type of walk around or inspection of the truck with me when I picked up the truck or when I returned it. They didn't even confirm the mileage when it was returned. The cab of the truck smelled strongly of cigarette smoke which I mentioned when it was returned. While I was driving to my destination the check engine light came on and remained on until the truck was returned. I mentioned that to the girl when I handed in the key but she didn't seem to understand what I was telling her. I tried to clarify for her that it should be checked out or serviced but she didn't really even acknowledge what I was saying. When I checked the U-Haul app later

ADAM BI was completely ripped off at this location. I had the truck for 1.5 hrs and drove it 6 kl and the shady people working there never showed me any paperwork I never signed anything, the lady kept taking my information and bringing it to the back of their restaurant even my credit card. I signed no paperwork and I will continue to tell people about this robbery if it's not corrected. I could have rented a truck for a lot less elsewhere. But your big $19.99 in town is what I thought I would get. That's a far fetch from a hundred bucks! I am completely disgusted in this. I should mention that I have a lot of followers on tiktoc and my reviews on Google have reached over 601k. I will review this experience if it's not fixed immediately. I'm a very unhappy customer.
DEBORAH FThe truck was clean. The location did not officially open until 10am logging in with the App took a lot longer than I anticipated. I had to call in and speak with a representative. When they finally arrived at this location employees did not have any knowledge or ability to help.
