I was initially supposed to pick up in Winnipeg. I have booked the truck well in advance. However, on the 29th March I received a call asking whether I have a US visa as I have to pick up the truck in US. When replied in the negative, I was asked pick up the truck in Minnendosa - approximately 225km from where I live. Since I did not have an option, I went and collected spending almost 5 hours and 450km which cost me extra. But there was no rebate or any other consolation other than an extra day + some extra miles, for which there was no use for me as I have planned my trip to end in 4 days with one day extra. Thoroughly "disgusted" with the service. Expect at least a reimbursement for the extra time and the distance. However, the collection point service was good. For some reason, the vehicle drop off point was changed and it was not the location where the storage was and had to speak to the customer service to sort that out. Overall, it was not a good experience.
