I think they may be in the process of going out of business. They never opened while I was there. But my worst experience was trying to do the self check in. The system kept sending me verification codes, I would put them in and it would send another code. In a do loop. Tried to call the 1-800 number. The first day I was on hold for 20+ minutes and had to listen to the uhaul commercial the entire time and you can't hang up or you would lose your place in the que. Second day I was on hold for 40 minutes. The store was not open and I had to hold and listen to your commercial over and over again for the second time. I had no place to turn in the trailer and no one on the phone to talk to. My worst rental experience EVER!!!!Campbell M.

Let me start by saying, the facilities are fine. The only complaint I have is when I booked the rental, I was supposed to receive 193 miles for $189. I paid $189 but was only given 183 miles. my mileage total was 204. I was charged for an additional 21 miles making my total 197.40. I would recommend your company to make sure what is being charged matches what the customer expects to pay for. I have never had this issue before and I will probably rent from Penske in the future.Diana B.

Make sure all lights work on combo truck and trailer. Allways do a walk around. I lost an entire day due to a blown fuse. Sleeping in a empty house on the floor was not fun.John D M.

The door spring came apart, and I was unable to close the door. I was setting there in the hot sun waiting until someone brought me a wrench to get it down. I really think I need to be reenburt for this rental. Honestly!!!!!robert E.

My only problem was returning in the dark. A lit parking area would have made for a better backing and unhitching. The help I received from uhaul on the phone with questions and reservation changing was excellent. Great bunch of employees. Thanks for a great experience.David L.
I have rented trucks several times and although I request a location close to my destination I am always sent to Front Street. Truck was great. Edit feature on website seems iffy.James G.

Let customer choose closest drop off location. Got charged extra 3 miles because UHaul chose drop off location 3 miles from a closer drop off location. I pass two locations closer to me then got charged for it.Corey W.

The attendant did not go out with us to the truck and go over anything about it. We had a hard time getting the mirrors to move so we could see behind the truck. It would have been nice if she would have shown us how to get them to move.quida D.

I would rather do business in person but this location has limited hours and when I showed up before 5 on Friday 12/1 and they were already closed. I did have some issues with the self service pick up and drop off but the Field Manager John Dean got personally involved and resolved all of my problems...good job Mr. Dean.Scott L.

The young lady was very helpful and friendly. It would have been helpful to have had some of the features of the cab explained - there were buttons that I wasn't sure of. Fortunately the friend helping me move has driven trucks for a living and knew their proper use.Beth W.

No personnel on site at drop off location. Just had to leave it in their lot after calling a number scrawled on a note on the window 3 times. This was just an awful U-Haul experience all around from the independent owners. Will not work with U-Haul again unless things change.Bryan D.

The lady didn't speak english well, even though they were marked open, the door was locked and we had to call the number for someone to come. Trailer was incredibly rusty, and wiring was spliced in many places. It was also not my desired location, so drove 45 minutes to get subpar service.Sabrina S.
