The location was great but U-Haul was extremely poor rating. Charged me $125 for returning the truck 20 min late. I think they should look at the primary reasons they rent these trucks. I’m sure a large percent is for people who are moving. Don’t you think a company who rents to help assist in making this move smooth should be understanding and aware to what actually can occur with moving- unexpected events and delays. They should adjust their policies to give some room for understanding things happen and a short time of 20 months late should not allot to $125. Very disappointing and disgusted with a big business who enforce these rules that provide extra stress on the already stressed people who contribute to their success, just because they can. Moving is not easy and it is expensive and U-Haul just reminded me how they favor corporate and greed over doing what their business tries to sell as caring for the people and wanting to help. Thanks for the extra stress U-Haul I hope the location you utilize for rentals makes away from your business agreement

I was over charged for mileage, charged for something I didn't rent, and took them over a week to check it back into the system.

Jeff CDriver door did not shut properly and when it did shut it locked me out of the uhaul all together. It took go uhaul 4 hours to come and get the door open for me making my trip 4 hours behind and sat in traffic in every state from CT to MD.

RICHARD KI reserved a U-Haul truck for a move that I did locally. The vehicle was in excellent condition when I picked it up, and the manager at Fastrax was great and a pleasure to work with. He explained everything that was required to use the vehicle and return it. Returning the vehicle was a quick process. If you are looking for great service, go to Fastrax.
Christopher FI dropped off after-hours and did not deal with any actual employees at this site or see the interior of the location.
