They changed my pick up location from west Babylon to plainview the day before pick up. My 8:30am pick up turned into 9am because plainview didn’t open till 9am. I called the corporate office and the woman said “oh looks like you’ll have to wait a few minutes”. Thank god I’ll never use these people ever again. Terrible experience.

Amadeo RIt worked for my rental but because the mailroom closes early it may not work for others. The truck was in great shape and easy to drop off on Sunday because it had a drop box for the key.
VINCENTGERARD PVan didn’t have windshield washer fluid at all. Last van I rented (different location) didn’t have it either so I suspect it isn’t part of U-Haul precheck but perhaps should be. Not a knock against rental location at all, would rent there again w/ no hesitation.
James GI've only rented from Enterprise who has a personal physically come out and review the vehicle for any damage. I would never had expected any damage upon return of vehicle. It was only rented to move a couch. I did not know that I should have taken pictures of inside and out. Very disappointed.
theresa aThe process for self pickup/return is too complicated. Sometimes it fails multiple times to upload photos. It would be great if some of these uploading work can be done at home before pick up.
Chen LThe paperwork stated that I needed to call the number once I arrived. There was no answer and no clear instruction as to where to go. I tried the app but there no information on there. I had to call the U-Haul main number and they also were also confused as to where to leave the truck and key. I took a walk around the place/lot and finally found the U-Haul location in a back lot which was full of rats. I had to really look for the key drop box. Once I figured out where it was I tried the app again. The app kept crashing and I had to submit the check out/drop off photos 3 times. The drop off instructions should have been more specific than just and address and to “call a number”.
Anatar MI did full gas I have proof and they charge me almost $11 I got a van from planevew mall the guy is so so rood I need a van but i never go to that guy it was 7 days deal I gave in back in 4 days Tnx

Scott MThe seats were dirty, I had to wipe it down with clorex wipes to disinfect. Young man was very patient with customers. Only thing is that the reservation says pickup location is at 930am but store opens at 10am. That information needs to be updated. Overall good experience.
GLADYS GVehicle was in need of oil change as per dash light and needed to be cleaned. Understanding it’s a moving van - but simply broom swept is not the level I expected.
Daniel SI got the truck it wasn't as clean as others I rented in the past, there was a crumbs in the cup holder and sand from shoes on the drivers floor. Otherwise the process was good. It was a mobile pick-up before the facility was open.
