CLAUDETTE OThe location was excellent. They provided top notch customer service. HOWEVER, the trailer I rented was not worth renting. There was a crack in the wall, and the unit was infested with fire ants. When I tried to find a replacement trailer, I was redirected to another facility who said they were told to "wash it out". Essentially, they assumed I was not bright enough to tell when a trailee simply had a few ants inside versus a trailer with an actual infestation. I felt genuinely offended by this, and I feel as though I was treated not like an actual customer, but someone who waw beholden to a corporate mess. Like my transaction did not matter to the company.
Patrick BA lot of construction and the manager was not on location. Had to call for instructions on leaving the trailer. She did email me my receipt.

Ethan SIt was a pleasure utilizing this site. The truck was new and Ms Maria was very sweet and helpful. She made the transaction so easy and painless. She was even nice enough to extend the hours of our truck rental. I will definitely use this location again. Excellent experience.
KESHAWN FWatch the gas charge. When I picked up the truck the gauge read 115 miles to empty. When I dropped off the truck after putting in 10 gallons , the gauge read 155 miles to empty. When I got my email receipt Uhaul had charged me $12 for three more gallons of gas.

Troi-Marie HFound the woman there to be rude. Just my opinion. I had gotten a call earlier in the day from a New Orleans number asking me if I was going to return the truck on time. What I brought the truck back (16 hours early & a lot more fuel than it had at start) I asked the woman if I was going to be charged for the few miles over the given amount (which was not enough to make the trip) and she said yes. I told her that I should parked the truck down the road & bring it back at the contracted time, she then handed the keys back to me & said go ahead. I then called the New Orleans number and was told nobody called me from that number, & yes I was going to pay for the extra mileage.(it was only $3.20) the amount wasn’t the problem, I just don’t like being marginalized.

Hua LWhen we did the pick up the contract stated 12:45 but an employee’s car was blocking the truck so it was not given to us until 1:15. Then when we arrived to the moving place the floor was all wet and we had to mop and some of our boxes got wet. We then returned the truck the next day at 12:50 we were charged for two days even though we returned it on time. When we told the employee she said they would refund the money and so far they have not gotten back to us to do that.

angie nNothing the attendant was exceptional and accommodating.
Willie Pa woman handled everything. she could fix the issue. she told me, take it to the slidell and they will remove grease from my trucks adapter, I did as she asked. in slidell, the tech said the grease is normal and he did fix the turn signal that was not working on the left side PLUS I needed a new tire. the tire was almost ball and warned very uneven. PLUS the other 3 tires were very under inflated. I think you need to do something about that location before someone gets hurt on the road. in my opinion, I think the trailer was not inspected when it was returned. next time I will only do business the UHaul in slidell. they treat you w/respect!! PS:you need to call the UHaul in slidell on gause and I-10. AND the tech in slidell did a very good job!
