Takes half an hour each to check the truck in and out. Tried to reach by phone when I couldn’t get the key out, they finally called back the next day. Also tried to call the phone number on the lock box, phone number not in service. So, no way to reach anyone if you need help. They do dc not see fit to offer any of my money back for the inconveniences.
Garolyn STru k was filthy inside and damage on drivers door made difficult to open. Also truck fuel was nearly on empty when I picked it up. Returned with much more fuel and cleaner than I received it.

wayne aOn line check in was horrible. Set up the rental Saturday AM and Sunday morning, I waited an hour while sending info, copies of license etc, calling my secondary people. Why make me wait till Sunday am when I needed the truck. Almost all of this could have been don Saturday.
