Nothing!!! Amber was very helpful and professional.....she cleaned the snow off the van for me !!!!! Pleasantville Auto is great! When I returned the van there was a gentleman sitting inside the door of the shop who promptly caught the key for the van I rented. Nice van, worked great !!
