There was no sign to tell you to go into the motel 8 of which their office is run out of. So we didn’t speak with anyone at the drop off site. My husband left the trailer in the lot. The next day I called and we got the verification that we dropped off the trailer. So they were helpful on the phone.

Micheal HMy overall U-Haul experience today was not great. We arrived at the location where I reserved the trailer and the facility was closed. After looking at my account the pickup location was changed and I was never notified. I went to the location where my reservation was changed to and they did not have any working trailers. After 45 min they redirected us to another U-Haul location. All of this put us behind on our move by 1 1/2 hours. We received a discount for all the hassle of only $5.00!!
Terrie TYour system is broken. It should not take over 45 minutes and a lengthy phone call to support to check out a tow dolly. Your system wouldn't recognize or release the equipment for rental and it required a technical workaround from the agent on the phone.
Darren MI returned the hula Sunday 3am but was charged through Monday Uhaul leaked and all my merchandise got wet. Very unhappy.
