We were scheduled to pick up the trailer st 8 am, had a 12 hour drive after packing the trailer. Arrived promptly at 8 am, no one was there, no one answered the listed number. Had to call the regional dispatch to get someone to show up. Ended up not getting the trailer until 930. Pur us way behind. Had to then pay for a hotel as we couldn't arrive at the destination in time to get the apartment keys! Very frustrated !!
