Louis was excellent, super helpful and saved our day great customer service, completely different to the college station location where the people were super rude and entitled. Greatly recommend his location.

Trailer was not maintained. Rachet system sticking had to oil both just to get them to release. Brake system on trailer very sensitive on stops.
