Pocono used car is a scam we tell them the uhaul was broke couldn’t return it the guy answered the phone then hung up changed us an extra day any though we told him we could not return it

Victor MWe arrived at 9:00am for our reservation at 9:00. Nobody was on site even though their hours said they were open. We contacted U-Haul to try to find a new location. At 9:25, an employee arrived. He was not aware that we had a reservation. He did not have a truck ready or checked in from a previous renter. We did not leave the location with the truck until 10:35. 1 hr and 35 min to secure a rental is rediculous.
Will CI was charged for gas fraudulently. The cab and truck was very dirty. Wind shield wiper on driver side was worn hindering visibility. Cup holder broken and radio didnt work. All making for a very long trip
