I had a very poor experience renting from this U-Haul location (Point 24/7). My reservation was scheduled for Friday 4/3 at 8:00am, but when I arrived, no one was there. Someone from the tire shop on-site showed up around 8:30 AM and had to call another person to assist with the rental. I did not get the rental until about 9:00am, which caused a significant delay and threw off my entire schedule. On top of that, I had reserved a 15’ truck, but was told it wasn’t available because the previous renter didn’t return it the night before. The only option they had was a 10’ truck, so I had no choice but to take it. Unfortunately, it ended up being too small, and I had to make an extra trip to move all my belongings. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this location if you’re on a tight schedule or need reliable service.
