Run by one indian guy that barely knows how to speak english let alone talk in a normal volume. I had to show him my reservation on my phone so that he understood what I was there for, then go to the office to basically fill out everything on the computer to initiate the reserved rental. The only 2 axle trailer in the area was aviable at this location, otherwise I would have picked up from another less remote store.

Trailer was not clean, but it wasn't too bad. Just some grass clipping on the floor. Biggest complaint is that the trailer did not have a folding trailer wheel jack on the tongue. This made hooking up hazardous, as you have to lift the trailer tounge onto the ball hitch, rather than just back up under it and lower it onto the ball hitch. Cheap and easy improvement that should be added to all U-Haul trailers.
WILLIAM KYou CANNOT run a service center with a clerk who cannot speak a lick of English. Didn’t help me hook up the trailer, he did not know or have a pigtail extension for the trailer lights. Took us over a hour to check out. My wife was so frustrated with the clerk she walked out of the building. Terrible experience, do not try or attempt to rent a U-Haul from this location.
ROBERT SI got to the location for pickup and the worker at the gas station had no idea how to handle working with uhaul. I was put on their personal cell phone - to talk to the owner who didn’t speak any English. I ended up calling uhaul to help with the situation because I was in a time crunch, which helped, but they emailed me a contract in Spanish- which I do not speak, read, or write in this language. Overall, I’d never do this again.
