The representative who handled the pick up was rude and wouldn’t answer our questions. The inside of the truck was clean but it smelled funky.

Ashley CI used the app and struggled with the lock for the key. It took 15-20 minutes to find the lock box, the lock was very old and rusty. The digits were difficult to align so the lock would open. By the time I got my key, I lost 20 minutes on my rental time. The gas station attendant was not very helpful either.

Kim GLow tire garage light was on. Also was charged for a 2 day rental. Vehicle picked up at 10AM returned 6PM the same day. Location processed return the next morning. Keys were handed to gas station attendant as per instruction by rental agent since office would be closed.

sunshine iTruck I reserved was not there. Had no other truck available at the wall twp location. Was told to drive 30 minutes to find truck. Found truck at point pleasant beach Sunoco. Caused me unbelievable stress.
Shawn CJoe was extremely rude and not willing to help me with the app! The reason I decided to pick-up the truck at that location was because it was local! I can not recommend anyone renting a truck from this location!

Steve KIThe location of pick up was changed the day before the pick up. The location wa snot as convenient as one originally chosen. It was not made clear where to go inside to get the keys to pick up the vehicle as it was just a dirt lot. Also the truck was difficult to back out of the parking spot with the other vehicles around it.

pamela sThe U-Haul experience was good, but I was shaken up at that location by their staff. The office was empty for a good 5 minutes when I arrived. Nobody at the desk or in the rooms behind the desk. I went searching for the attendant, and found him in the mechanic shop with the mechanic talking. The mechanic yelled and cursed at me, used harsh, vulgar and insulting language and ordered me to "get the fuck out of here". I was scared and insulted that I needed to have that experience while picking up a truck. I've never had that experience at any U-Haul Centers and I'm not happy to have had that negative experience at that location. I won't ever rent from that location again. I only went there because it was close. There are other locations in the area that has staff who will not treat your customers that way. I'll travel a bit further to avoid having that experience. I also have associations with Budget and Penske, so if I need to, I'll rent from them if I'm in that area again. It's unfortunate to encounter that. I'm a local contractor, and U-Haul is part of how I do business.

Steven OMake sure the truck is clean, I had to spend 10minutes sweeping out pallet wood and trash from the truck being used for multidrop delivery including a page of the delivery route.
Scott JI reserved on line a van for a one way trip and when I showed up at the dealer the reservation was not in the system and I had to start from scratch- had to do a round trip and pay more - a horrible experience and almost completely ruined my move!
