Staff the store. Called 3 times to confirm drop off time and address. No answer until the 4th call. Arrived to drop equipment off 15 minutes after speaking to the store operator on the phone, and not a soul in sight. Doors locked, parking lot empty. Lot had more than enough equipment to suit anyone's moving needs though. Stocked to the road with trucks, trailers, and tow dollies. Very odd for such a small town though

The car dolly was not serviced at all no grease on anything. I had to grease all pivot points, all the sliding parts, and inflate the tires because there was only 10 psi in each tire.

Be careful of extra charges when you rent from uHaul. I was charged extra miles for driving from the truck pickup location to my storage unit, where I loaded the truck, and again from my home to my new storage unit to unload. Granted for most people it may not be a big deal, but for people like me, on a limited income, it makes a difference. I even ended up turning the truck in with more fuel in it than when I picked it up, with today's gas prices, that should've counted for something at least.

The person that helped me here is also the owner. He did a great job contacting me to ensure that I was still planning on dropping off the equipment when I needed to. He also answered his phone well past business hours to ensure I was taken care of. He also kept me in contact when he was checking into the reservation details and the screw ups that other UHaul representatives had made which resulted in issues with dropping things off due to the system not showing me ready to return the rental. Definitely recommend finding someone like this owner in order to help you with your needs!

I wouldn't recommend U-Haul to anyone one. I set up online pick up they changed it and I had to wait an hour to get truck. Not Poisal Properties fault, it was on U-Haul customer service end. Then I couldn't drop off the truck in Warsaw Mo I had to drive 30 miles out of way to return truck and now you are trying to charge me extra. I will never use U-Haul again or recommend

Don’t send out contracts for approval until customer has seen inside the truck. Y’all ripped me off on starting mileage. I probably won’t rent from you again.

Check-in process was unclear and took over 45 minutes despite the fact that I had already checked in online and had spoken to a UHaul representative regarding the check-in process the day before.

I made a reservation and was called only one day in advance to be told that reservation was not going to happen because U-Haul didn't have the truck I reserved. It completely screwed up my plans to move halfway across the country, AND I still had to pay for the added miles because instead of just driving from Omaha to Baltimore my father had to go get a truck all the way in Garden city (an hour and a half in the WRONG DIRECTION) then drive it to Omaha. And that truck wasn't even the correct size I had originally RESERVED. It's very annoying to me that I had to pay $80 on top of the estimated rate from my reservation due to a failure at U-Haul.

The first time we used this one way drop off site it worked well, but this time they told me to drop key in a drop box. I asked if there was any paper work to sign and they said no. I was then charged extra days and miles. BUT...the staff at the Metcalf site went out of their way to take care of the problem.

The online check in process didn’t seem to work properly, had to do that all there in person. Seems like the website may have issues saving information given in reservations

Alvin was great to deal with only problem was the system kept kicking my information out when trying to pick my trailer up even though all my info was in there from my reservation had to run it three times and then call a representative to finally get it to go through. Easy pick up easy dropping off would definitely rent from their location again!

The place smelled bad. God bless the guy running the place [Alvin] he tried to do good, but was slow and didn`t tell me I could have rented in Warsaw, and not have had to take the trailer all the way back to him. Could have saved me a lot of time.

The rental office is inside a pretty dingy, cluttered auction house. The owner had PC problems processing my order and had to call a regional office. It took about 45 minutes to complete an on-line reservation.

pick up location was very unprofonasable too a long time to start check out , TRUCK ALLIGMENT AND REAR END ALLIGEMENT WAS SO UNSAFE ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL PEOPLE OR RENT THE GOOD QUALITY MOVING EQUIPTMENT SOMEONE HAD TO DRIVE THAT 26 FT TRUCK THERE AND THEY DIDENT FEEL HOW BAD THE ALLIGMENT WAS AND THE BAD SWEAY,(PULL) ON RIGHT TURN IT CRAB CRAWL IN A 26 FT BOX TRUCK VERY UNSAFE. SINCE IT WAS A FRIDAY AND OUT THERE WAS NO WAY I WOULD OF GOTTEN A REPLACEMENT TRUCK CHOUCE OR WEIGHT TO MOVE THANKS FOR THE EXTRA PROBLEMS IN MOVING I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN YOU SAVEED A FEW BUCKS BUT LOST A CILENT ???? NICE GOING

He had to "go to bat" for us when UHaul wanted us to pick up in Lee's Summit, 45 minutes NE of our location. The whole reason we called Poisal Properties is because they are in our town, Garden City, and that is where we wanted to pick up the vehicle. Thank you, Mr. Poisal, for your persistence.
