The problem is NOT with the location, but with the mobil pickup. The APP is brain dead. It does not do what it is supposed to do and that forced me to call into the national support line. Even she was stumped on one. She kept telling me to click on a place on the online form that was not present. And I could not check the box that says I've read the Ts and Cs. It turns out that you have to go to them, scroll down to the bottom and accept them there. WHen you go back, sure enough, the box is checked and you can continue. It took nearly an hour to do something that should have been 10 minutes or so. Checking back in was way easier.

Ian GBez , the proprietor was awesome. However, the process to rent a vehicle through Uhaul is ridiculous! What happened to the good old days of walking in and speaking with someone, showing him your drivers license, signing a form and being off on your day?
Kent DThe manager (Bez) was super helpful, and down-to-earth, friendly. Although U-HAUL had switched my in person pick up to an online pick up, Bez quickly took care of it and got me going on my way. From the mainland, but he married local woman, and definitely seems to have the local sense of aloha spirit, which is especially nice, since this is a small community. Highly recommend. 😎🤙🏽
