This location is closed on Sunday, but the proprietor made arrangements for us to pick up our rental anyway, with the assistance of a technical employee. It all went very smoothly.

JOHN RShe was pre occupied with taking food orders on her phone and orders from customers who walked up to the window felt like there should have been a separate window for uhaul and the restaurant the truck's front tires needed Air I got the alert as soon as I turned it on I feel like if they had checked the truck they would have saw that.

Andrea LGive a rate and stay with it then change it as you are giving the information to the sales representative is not to cool should of been done before the transaction started.
David HThe original trailer I was assigned in Pomona Park had a dysfunctional right rear brake/turn/emergency lamp. I was provided another trailer with 100% functionality.
James KThe ratchet for the tie downs were very rusty and wouldn’t stay tight on the wheel!
Lynn HRachet tie downs on auto transporter were very rusty, dry of lubrication and extremely hard to operate. Wound up having to use other tie down equipment I carry in my truck to secure loads in the pickup bed after equipped tie downs came off of the front wheels/tires twice. Have used U-Haul equipment on numerous occasions, including auto transporters, and have only experienced disappointment with the equipment once before and that was in 1976 when the engine in the cargo truck I rented through a rod through the oil pan 60 miles from the closest town, in the Utah desert, mid morning in June with the heat starting to really build up. Was provided another truck after being towed 40 miles in the wrong direction but I had to off load and reload the trucks myself on a very hot day. That night, 40 miles out of Albuquerque, New Mexico, the replacement truck ran out of gas, still showing over a quarter of a tank, ( had been looking for an open gas station ever since it got down to half full) and I walked, through the desert, at night, for three to four hours before I was picked up and taken to a gas station and then had to hitch hike back with a five gallon can of gasoline...truly an "Adventure in Moving"! I will continue to use U-Haul when I have future needs but hope that the equipment doesn't disappoint again...at 75 years old and 100% disabled Vietnam veteran, I am just getting too damn old, broken down and crotchety for this stuff.
Dennis YHaving blocks to put under the wheels of the pull trailer.
