The surge brakes were sticking on us, maybe it wasn't reported. 🤷Been to worse locations this year. Process could be more thorough during hook up but it was cold. She was friendly and nice but a bit late. Still left our time at 8:00 am because she said she didn't want it to show us as late and Uhaul charge extra 🤷
