The app and online pickup process is very unreliable. The process took almost two hours and numerous phone calls. Very frustrating.

Was supposed to be a mobile check out and return. Mobile didn’t work. The man at the shop had to call the sales rep. Took 45mts to get rental. Was then late for movers. He did his best with no training on how to rent a unit. It was supposed to all be on mobile
