SHAWLEE HI dropped off my trailer, but it was closed. I called them to let them know I had dropped it off.

pamela hI was asked to give an estimate of how many miles I would be driving the truck. I was not told that I would be charged for them even if I didn't use all of them. I only used around 20 miles while using it for one day and my charges state $110.00 at my bank. This should be explained before the person gives an estimate of miles.... I will be calling the place to see why I was not explained this information... Very dis-satisfied, especially after I recommended that my daughter in law use them as well. I hope her bill isn't as high as mine.
