The lady at the return location returned my truck but not my trailer and when I went back up there she said she was too busy and no one was in the location. She told me to return it on the app and she was doing me a favor. I proceeded outside to return it on the app and she comes out behind me. I decide to take more pics of the truck and upload before proceeding to the trailer, she removed a line off the trailer and took it back inside the store. I do not want to be held accountable for whatever line she removed if that’s not her standard. Her attitude was horrible

Fuel was not 1/2. I documented it in my pick- up inspection. Was still charged for fuel after I dropped truck off. I'm disputing the charge.

We had to put on the auto transport on our own vechicle and top of that we pre-paid for the reservation in full and declined the extra insurance provided by Uhaul but the pickup location without us knowing charged credit card for the insurance. That is illegal.

I knew that backing up the trailer was a problem for me, so, I chose this location due to the reviews online. I actually drove further than other drop-off locations to have easy access and help. I had no help from the staff at this location. None. I did receive help from someone that was hanging out there-not an employee of the Grocery Store. I tipped him for his service. Then the store clerk came out to verify the trailer was clean and had no damage.

I made a reservation a week in advance and they sent me to 4 different locations.

The staff was not knowledgeable and could not answer any of my questions. I returned the trailer as I did not feel safe driving 10 hours without it being properly attached by staff.

Uhaul has gone to great lengths to make the rental process as seamless as possible and they've done so awesome job. The customer service continues to be awesome send I will definitely be returning and referring.

Truck did not run good. Lights on dash… Had to get a mechanic out… And truck needed to be towed away….causing me time & money….. Had to go get another truck which was just as bad and had a flat tire…needed brakes, coolant… And customer serve at the uhaul was not to pleasant… Overall it was not a good experience… And I was not to happy so Returned the truck early because I was not going to be able to do another trip in that truck..!

My reservation was for 8:30 . The location opened at noon . The truck was empty and the man had the audacity to try and charge us for gas , as he said leave it empty

She didn't know what she was doing on the computer. Gave me someone else contract, told me the wrong amount to pay, never gave me a receipt. People were outside begging for money and harassing the customer. Horrible place.

The entire experience was terrible from start to finish. The truck was clean and worked well, and that was the only thing that was acceptable about this rental. We reserved at 20 foot truck at our local office, only to be texted at 8pm the night before, telling us that our truck size and location were now different (the new location being over an hour away), and that our reservation time was now an hour *after* our moving team was scheduled to arrive at our home. After calling multiple numbers to reach the correct department, we finally got stuck with a smaller truck, at a somewhat closer location, but it was an ordeal from start to finish. Will never use Uhaul again after this!
