Customer try to overcharge me by adding the insurance in the rental automatically and saying that it is mandatory also had two attach the trailer to my own vehicle. They said because of insurance purposes, we are not responsible for damages to your vehicle, so I have to attach it myself which for me trailer was very heavy to load out of this several times that I have used U-Haul this was the first time that I had to attach the U-Haul to my car myself next to that I did not know how to attach it. 100% and forgot about the power cord, which I got pulled over for not having lights luckily, I did not get ticketed, and the officer helped me attach the power cord.
