Dec 23, I requested 4 dolly and furniture pads with a 26’ Uhaul truck thru the website w a different pick up location in Corpus Christi. Uhaul ended up routed me to this location which is 25 miles away from my location and they were not tracking my requests for dolly and pads. Not only Uhaul changed my plan about location but pick up time from 0700 to 0900. Uhaul need to do better, this is not rocket science. 2. On Friday Jan 2, about 5:30 pm I contacted Uhaul rep to confirm my pick up truck bc i drove by that location and didn’t see any 26” truck.. meanwhile I received text message that said Uhaul rep will contact me to confirm pic up details etc. no one called me untill 5:30 pm Friday Jan 2. When I finally called to confirm, the Uhaul Rep told me pick up location has changed to Gregory TX?! I requested her to change to Corpus Christi. She said yes for sure, ok your pick up has changed back to Corpus Christi. A moment later I followed up on my Uhaul app and found out from Uhaul app that my reservation was cancelled. It was such a nightmare experience with the whole process of moving. 3. On the Uhaul app it shows drop off location at Houston, I asked the Uhaul personal at the pick up location in Gregory TX, IF I can drop off at different locations close to my house he said yes you can drop off anywhere, follow the drop off instructions. 4. on Sat Jan 3rd, I called the drop off Uhaul location Roadnet in Richmond TX to ask if thats okay to drop off the truck at his location. He said yes, drop off key and I should be good. On Sunday Jan 4th, at 2:30pm I dropped of the truck and the key at the Uhaul Roadnet location in Richmond TX. But the scan function at drop off box does not scan to my Uhaul app so Uhaul apparently not tracking my return at all. I called the Roadnet Uhaul number post on site: no asnwer. My truck was never checked in on Monday, Tuesday. Uhaul reps called me multiple times to see where is the truck??? I had dropped off the truck as I supposed to and as I was told. Uhaul app dont scan my drop off location is not my fault Uhaul representatives are not competent to differentiate change pick up location versus cancel reservations is definitely no disappointing Uhaul drop off site decided to close their business and not check in my truck for 2 days are disappointing and unacceptable Uhaul coordination between the corporate website and the local Uhaul locations must be better. Imagine you are trying to move your families and equipments from point A to point B, you spent time to make a plan to rent a truck w accessories to ease your move: furniture dolly, furniture pads, etc and your plan was changed drastically for: pick up time, location, no accessories. Uhaul is NOT a newbie in this industry and definitely is one of the top brands that customers trust and believe in your services for years. Please do better. My relocation is not finished but I am certain not using Uhaul services again soon. I am truly annoyed by the experience I have had with Uhaul durng last week. I have shared my experiences with all of my co workers and friends and families, not to spread untrue rumors but to inform them the facts and warn them about possible shortfalls.
Huong HDriving the truck in the highway or above 60 miles was scary, truck pull hard to the left steering wheel wasn't straight, frame window on driver door didn't seal as supposed to, lot of noise when diving, and I find up little to late when truck was loaded on imy way to san antonio

PONCIANO TWashing the truck and removing all the bugs and filth off the windshield would be helpful. Dirty furniture pads. Not helpful with white furniture! Had to go buy clean ones!

I'll alway's rent a truck from U - Haul when I need to move anything ... I alway's recomend U - Haul to everyone that I know ... The worker's are alway's so courtious & freindly ...

Jeffrey AClean the office it smelled like cat piss. It was cluttered and disorganized. The lady was pleasant to speak to however the office smelled so bad you needed to step outside to get your breath.

Janie BHorrible stench of cat pee in the office. Roaches running around- just filthy. The fact that U-Haul called less than 24hrs before my rental to tell me the van was not available and I was forced to take a 15' truck (3x the size I needed). This large truck took over $100 in gas to travel 260miles, more than double what the van would have used.
Kenneth SEverything went very well, and the woman who worked with us to rent the truck was extremely helpful, which made a difficult time much easier for us.
Sean GI arrived to drop off the equipment prior to the posted closing time. However, the location had already closed so I had to use the after hours drop off procedure. In my opinion, the after hours drop off procedure has too many required steps.
