The truck was full of roach and hadnt been swept out. We didnt discover this until we was in rosemount with the uhaul. My husband hurrys trying to kill all the roaches he could see. I then call to let them know about the roaches, they tell us to bring it back so they can figure something out. That they may have to bomb it. We get back with the uhaul they go out look at it go in and get bombs hand to my husband for him to set off, and send us on our way with it. So we had to pay for the miles of that trip, along with the rest of the trips we had to make. Not to mention we couldnt even use it for ever bc we had to allow the bombs time to work, and then clean it out after. I cant belive we wasnt offered a discount or somethingdanny M.

Was upset when I first got there I was told there was no truck for me; especially since my first location was cancelled! But then the worker (older gentleman) said he'd check the key box. Luckily the key was there! Then we had scheduled for one way and they accidentally put as return to store! There was a younger gentleman I believe his name was Saul or something like that, he was super helpful and finished get-our paperwork done! Plus another frustrating thing was the older gentleman checked a couple out who was in line behind us before we got our paperwork finished!! I know it sounds petty but when ur on a time frame every second counts!Ricky B.

Took 35 minutes to get. Could not find dollies. Advertised at 39.99, but after all the fees it was 185. I returned it at 2am before due by 945 am when I got it and they charged me for an extra day. Also I have pics upon pickup the tank was3/4. But papers said full tank. I returned it with same amount and was charged again because not full. I have pics when dropped off too.John W.

I made my reservation on the 2nd of November for the 29th of November and called 3 days prior to make sure everything was in order for the pickup of a 15" truck and transport trailer, they told me everything was good, when I got there the man in front of me got my truck, it had been double booked, so I had to run down another truck, then return to pick up the car transport trailer, the guy that hooked up the transport sai everything was good to go so I left and soon as I crossed some railroad tracks the transport jumped off the truck and cut the wires into, so I had to return to the place where I just picked up the trailer and they repaired the wires for the lights, brakes an turn signals. U-Haul was good about giving me a extra day and 10 additional miles. When refueling the truck to 7/8 of a tank for turn in, the fuel gage was reading 5/8 of a tank and could not get any more gas in the tank and when I started driving it went to over full and this is on a new truck with just over 5,000 miles on it, so be sure when renting a truck that you, yourself check everything your self don't take there word for it, cause I was already pressed for time and all the problems I had was all uncalled for.Larry H.

We were over charged for mileage. The dolly and blanket seals were broken when we opened the door and we were charged for the use of them as well. The truck stayed in overdrive the entire time we used it.Charlotte H.

It was dirty, one tire was low but went flat when the car was loaded. I took the trailer to a new a car dealership across from where I loaded the car they found two different size tires and loose lug nuts. Know how confident would you feel if you had a few hours to get from Ohio to fl. I worried about the trailer the whole trip.Michael L.

The staff were friendly. I had ordered 2 dolls. The store rented me one of theirs because there were no dolls. I ordered furniture blankets but they were short what was ordered. I had checked in but had to do whole process of checking in. I called that I was running late. I only had truck for 7 instead of 8 hours. I would still recommend.Karla O.

Verify that the equipment will be there when you go to pick it up. We had rented a 5x8 trailer and when we arrived, only a 4x8 was available. To their credit, they had called my home number a couple of days before to warn me that it was not going to be available. Nearby locations did not have any either, but we made the 4x8 work in the end. No fault of the local U-Haul dealer, since the 5x8 was supposed to be incoming to their location and in the end it did not.curtis S.
Was over charged... said the tank was 1/2 full (i took photos of the gauge/odometer) i had to put 5 gallons of gas in for 30 miles... was charged for 40 miles at rental, went 31 miles and received no credit for the 9 miles which is roughly $7.Homer Y.

Ordered blankets they didn't have enough and they were dirty. Headlight out. Wiper fluid didn't work. Windows were dirty inside and out. Not in location I chose!!!!! Almost one hour away. Truck NOT in best shape for driving 60 to 65 MPH NOT happyDwight E.
