The part of didn’t like about this location was whoever I spoke to on 1/15, he had poor customer service and prematurely hung up on me after I was trying to figure out why my rental was showing that it was still active after 2 days.

JEREMY CThe reading on the gas gage and paperwork were different. We didn't notice until we had left the site and unable to correct the problem. I ended up spending $50 on gas to travel about 50 miles, just to get the gage back to where it was supposed to be when we picked up the truck.

Dmitry KThere was an error on my file indicating behavior issues? I just rented from youhaul in 7/2020 with ZERO trouble. I used the mobile app & had to submit extra documents that one doesnt usually keep on there person in another city 1 hour away. The process should have been easy and smooth and it was NOT. the reservation info was wrong. 2 thumbs down.

CHRISTINE MOwner is incompetent. A man that can not even properly check a customer out. Had to wait for an hourly employee to punch in and complete transaction. I am done with Uhaul. Doing all the work checking in and out with smart phone. Pathetic crappy business operation where custome service does not exist. I will rent from Penske or Budget from now on. Goodbye and goodluck.

FRANK MThe app is horrible. I was not able to check the equipment back in. It required a photo of the odometer and fuel gauge but no matter what I did, with the odometer clearly visible in the photo, the app would not allow me to submit the photo saying the odometer wasn't clearly shown in the image.

Albert ROn the website I reserved a furniture dolly and pick up of van at a different location, when I actually went to pick up it directed me to a different place an authorized uhaul place and there was no furniture dolly. so I had to go to the closet uhaul dealership for dolly and was told no dollies to be had anywhere. Why let me reserve this if you guys don't have them to use. Disappointing.
Richard FThis location had very little knowledge on renting to me. In fact, from the time they began helping me it took them 30 minutes to complete paperwork that had been pre-approved with my drivers license before I arrived. I had to clean the inside of the van before I could use it, yet there wasn't anyone I could share this with.
