Amanda CNo improvement required. The employee was great, most helpful and friendly The truck was poorer than the one we had before. Especially the parking brake was very hard to loosen. Once it almost did not loosen at at We needed 10 attempts.
Hubert Amake sure the truck is ready for early morning pickup so that the customer isn't stuck on the phone with uhaul support.

FARSHAD BThe drop off location was convenient but the mobile signal was very weak making the uploading of the pictures for the app very slow. Turned out to take much longer to drop off than we expected. The drop off sheet said the location would be open until 2 and we arrive well before but the location was closed.

CHETAN NIt was 30 minutes away from the location I originally reserved at—which made us go over the mile limit. It was also only had a half tank of gas—forcing me to refuel halfway through as well as pay for more gas upon drop off.
Morgan CA little more clarity on where to park and some more lighting would be welcome, but it was fine. I arrived late at night for an after-hours drop off.
JULIO MThe U-Haul app does not work and I was told by the Postal Annex worker who came in an hour early to help out since he knew the app was not working right. The “next” pull up at the bottom does nothing…everything else went great! 3 Cheers to the worker at Postal Annex for being there to help!!

Ya SThe truck had over 92,000 miles on it - it ran a bit rough, but it got me and our belongings where I needed to go.
LAURIE JI hired 2 dollies to rent and they were not in the vehicle. It caused me a lot of inconvenience, because I was paying two people to help me for today, so with the absence of the dolly, I had to go to Home Depot to buy it and also pay overtime for the people I hired. I called to inform and the attendant simply didn't care about my problem.

EDFEL RIt took some time to get the truck. I was charged for coverage although I didn’t ask nor was suggested. The truck was very old
YUVAL BI will say the inside of the windshield was smeared/not clean so we cleaned it and the windshield washer fluid receptacle was empty. Other than that the truck was clean and tidy. The service there excellent.
PAMELA LThe pickup was horrible. Instructions were bad. The online experience was bad. There were two other people trying to get trucks which had the same issues. Finally after 1-1/2 hours and multiple phone calls, I was able to get the truck. Will never use U-Haul again unless it is the only option. The last time i rented from Budget Truck Rental and that was such a pleasure.

Zen MI dropped the truck off when the location was closed, but the back parking lot was larger than some other locations I have been to. I had no issues parking the truck.
KAREN WPicking up this truck was NOT a good experience. I thought UHaul already had all the info they needed, but then I had to jump thru hoops to finish off the process, including putting in a freakin' reference name and number. Why didn't they ask for this kind of info earlier? I wanted to jump in the truck as fast as I could, but I could not figure out how to make the payment. I had to call for help and they said I would have to wait 20-30 minutes for someone to come on the line to help me. Finally, as I waited, I poked around and finally figured out how to make the payment. UHaul, you MUST make this experience smoother!!

Susan NFAST DROP OFF. PARKING LOCATION OF UHAUL IS LOCATED BEHIND THERE IS A NOTE IN THE FRONT DOOR. EMPLOYEE ARE HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.
cobe bThe location was posted 9AM open but it didn't open until 10AM. There was a mix up with the reservation team & the pick up location. A 7AM reservation wasn't satisfied until 9:45AM. We missed the hired movers window for availability which required us to find new hired help and further delayed our departure.
Kirstin ODifficult place to drop off a truck and trailer, but if you're comfortable handling a land yacht you'll be ok.

Postal Annex is where I get my Amazon orders delivered. Their location is very accessible and convenient with lots of parking available . I would use Postal Annex regularly now.

ROY JI'm going to dispute a damage claim. I did not damage the cargo van and believe this is a fraudulent claim to make money. The cargo van was beat up when I received it and I didn't not get a walk through with the personnel nor did I get a walkthrough afterwards or a phone call. We'll make every attempt to dispute. The report states no information that I'm aware of or was consulted on.

MANOLITO LHave more signage available in the large parking lot which is shared by the POStal Annex store. It wasn't clear where I needed to park the uHaul truck, and it turns out there's a parking lot in the back, but I had to come into the store to ask about it.
