FRANCISCO NUnfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The pick up location did not have the truck that was promised, and I had to drive to another, farther, location to eventually get what I had ordered. it was very odd that we had booked everything online had the reservations clearly state where we needed to be, and U-Haul not having what it had promised. Please see my comments on the return process, since that also was problematic.
Alex KThere needs more clarification on where to return the truck. The app simply gave the address which was difficult to locate in Google maps. Perhaps just one line saying that the drop off is located behind the strip mall.

ANGELA MThe associates were super professional and knowledgeable, so administratively the place was excellent. The truck itself smelled bad like smoke but was otherwise clean inside. The problem was that the windshield was really dirty with bugs and was bad! Since the truck was so big, it was tough for me to clean it before I hit the road. I was driving from CA to TX so this condition was unacceptable. Second the engine light came on on day 2, which I couldn't do anything about since I already loaded the truck. Everything went fine with the trip, and I got to my destination safely without incident. Prefer to rent from a larger dealer, but this was the only truck available.
Suzanne PThe truck needed to be swept out and the cab smelled like someone had been smoking in it. Otherwise was an excellent experience!
Evan SThe truck’s breaks were awful. They also did not calculate the mileage correctly and we owed more at drop-off - which was another surprise.
