It was terrible. Rude staff. Overcharged me. Never responded to my emails requesting explanations after they asked me for feedback.. I filled gas tank up and they charged me anyway...added a sales charge . Never will use this locale again and will tell my friends not too. Really disappointed and they used to be good.Barry R.

I refilled the tank until it clicked. I then topped it off. I then drove a quarter of a mile to return it and then I see they charged me for fuel. It was physically impossible to put over $6 of fuel in that tank yet that site managed to do so. Very disappointed in that.Alex V.

I rented the 10 foot truck, the associate told me it's fuel is at 1/2 a tank so return it at 1/2 a tank. I said ok, I drove to my house approximately 2 miles away. I saw the tank was at 1/4 tank and called the place to inform them, they basically said you already took it so how would we know? So I said fine. I returned the truck clean with a 1/2 tank of gas and the associate who rented the truck apologized as he said that the person who rented it before me wrote a 1/2 tank of fuel as a mistake. I said well can I be reimbursed for my fuel ($25) and they told me no you already returned it.raymondo S.

Check the equipment and make sure the green lock is attached to the all the equipment before renting a truck to anyone. Make sure the trucks and windows are clean. Other than that all was good.Carla G.

Postal Annex in Imperial Beach was an excellent facility in which to rent. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I did have to call and extend my rental and the hold/wait time on phone was in the unacceptable range, over 10 minutes. That was mhy only frustration. The truck had not been inspected for cleanliness, (it had discarded beverage containers from the previous renter and an old dirty mop sticking up from behind the seat. The seat was grimy and the steering wheel was so dirty I had to scrub my hands after driving it only once. The rental agents were NOT polite or helpful. The rental agent DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR THE SAME RENTAL PERIOD.Ron H.

My thought.. when I returned the uhaul, I put more gas then what it was originally. It was 1/2.. I put more than (notch higher).. I think that it should apply as a credit.. towards my final pay.. I went over a 3 miles.. it should've been a wash.. but I paid more.. gas is just as expensive. It should apply as well.Arlene S.
Used the uhaul for 10 miles, put 1 gallon of gas, turned it in at exact same or more on the fuel gauge. Got the email receipt an hour later and was charged for 2 gallons at far more than premium rates. Truck was filthy, windows had to be cleaned to see through for safety. The only think I can complain is that if you bring the vehicle with less gas, they charge you, but if you bring it with more gas than you picked it up, they don't credit you. Seems unfair.Marie A.

Truck size requested was not available. Got in early and and was told to wait for delivery of vehicle. Which didn't matter because truck was not ready at schedule time. THen had issues when returning the truck. Somehow the paper said one thing about gas gage being at a certain line. Didn't match when I drove off the lot. I guess manager just said close the ticket since close at 4 pm. I was there at 3:48 pm. Didn't bother to listen about gas gage being at the level I dropped of at. I called 5 times before I got there to ensure rental was ready and no one answered. Called between 11 am and 12:45.Rafael G.

I originally made the reservation for Labor Day not knowing U-Haul was not open Labor Day. I went with Moving Help too. The workers showed but I couldn't get a truck. Maybe don't rent to people on a holiday? It all worked out in the end.Mark N.

The only thing was exterior of truck could have been washed. Especially the windshield. I needed to move some sod from home depot. The location was perfect and service was fast.SHERMAN S.
The equipment was filthy inside and out. The contract from the previous renter was still in the van, on the floor. Grimy, sticky cup holders, dirty floormats. Outside covered in black dirt. Couldn't see thru the dirty mirrors and windows. My contract was marked "full" tank, but was 200 miles less than full. There was an alarming mechanical problem with the gas pedal and also the brakes when backing up, but the store agent showed no interest in the safety of the next customer. They didn't even apologize when I notified them. I would rent from Uhaul again, but not from this location.Mary B.
