The truck wasn't clear and the driver seat could not be adjusted BUT the ower of the store was lovely and very helpful! That was more important to me than having a perfect truck! So the experience was great and I would absolutely use that locaton again. MUCH better service than the Canwood location in Agoura Hills!Victoria L.

I rented a truck for $19.99 for a 24 hour period. When I arrived at their office I was told I had to return it by 3:00 pm. I had to call my friends to help me. We had to hurry in order to get it back on time. When I returned the truck they tried to over charge me. I took pictures of the miles before and after my use. I asked why I had to have it back so soon. I was told they double booked the truck. I asked why I didn't get a discount... the young man didn't know. I said they should have told me, I would have gone to a different UHaul office. This place is a cheat in so many ways. I will never use it again.Joci B.
Both side view mirrors were loose. As a result, they faced down after a few bumps in the road. I found this to be extremely unsafe. On multiple (at least 10), I had to reach out and reposition the driver's side mirror. I hope you all take care of this because it is quite the safety hazard.Danny W.

Location difficult to find and when we called they gave terrible directions. When we arrived they were lackadaisical and didn't seem to want to help. Made it back and price was way higher than quote despite overfilling the tank and only going a couple of miles over what we thought we might. Would definitely not use this location again.Kathryn T.

The representative at this location needs to explain the return process better as he told me to just drop the key in the box but said nothing about having to do the online return process before dropping the key in the box, which I ended up having to call customer service. I admit I didn't read the instructions on the box though.Christopher C.
The place where I returned the truck to, the person tried to rip us off saying we owed 508$, because we were "1051" miles over. I had to go back inside and get a refund because that was way off, we were only 51 miles over, so the total was 78$. So I believe he was trying to make us overpay and hope we didn't notice anything. That was unacceptable and If I was the owner of the company I would have him looked at or fired. Other than that the experience was fine.Dillon B.
The van was in fine shape and was just what I needed. The folks who signed me in and out were fine. But the location-- the office-- is in a flower shop. We drove in, looked around, found the trucks and vans, but wandered the strip mall looking for the office and not getting much help at first, as if no one else in the local shops knew either. I understand they'll be moving locations in a few months, so perhaps they don't want to spend any money in this location on signage, but if the third person we asked hadn't known, I would have left and gone somewhere else to rent a vehicle.GREGORY E.

Truck that I was given was not the truck in the pictures that I had to confirm damage/no damage before we drove away from the curb. I pointed this out to the owner/manager and he didn't care. The truck in the picture had a pristine front bumper, while the truck I was given had a front bumper with many dents and scratches. I pointed this out to him and he said they were marked already. I pointed to 2 that weren't marked and had I not I could have been blamed for them! Communication was very poor!!LARRY D.

The gas level was exactly as it was when it was taken but he charged $25 for gas. Terrible customer service. Would not answer the phone. Will never deal with this location again.SAEED T.

The vehicle was filthy and the windows were so dirty that it was difficult to see out of them when the sun was shining on them. The parking brake release lever was nearly completely pulled out of the dashboard. It was operational however. The rest of the van seemed to be in good working order.Douglas T.

I would NOT recommend this location. My time frame was 1 to 5. I was only moving one chair locally so I didn't need the full 4 hours, so I went at 2 and when I got there the gentleman had already left me 2 messages (not pleasant and sort of frightening) saying that I wasn't there and he was leaving. When I called him back he said I was late and that he had already left. but he would come back, and when I got there he started to berate me, if I had not been with a male companion I would have left. I was able to get my rental, but then he said I couldn't pay cash, like it says on the website, because he would not be there at drop off. He said he had my card from the reservation and that's what he would charge. I have rented from many different locations, but this one was the worst I have ever been to with horrible customer service. I was even nervous to post this thinking he might retaliate and charge my card more! But people need to know not to go here.KIM S.

Uhaul was awful. This location was great. Uhaul called 30 minutes before our reservation and said they didn't have the truck I reserved a just said they would call when one is available. My family was moving that day!!! We needed a moving truck. They only gave us a 10 ft truck when we wanted a 15 ft, so no ramp and we had to make multiple trips so more miles traveled and they ended up charging $1.19/mile instead of me our agreed term of 0.99/mile. Awful experience. Luckily the location we did get the truck from was very friendly and saved our day.JAMES V.

I'm hoping this was only a fluke, but the van I rented was filthy on the outside and only had a 1/4 tank of gas in it when I picked it up. The small amount of fuel wasn't that big of a deal, but I was surprised at how dirty the van was as I've always had good luck with your vans being reasonably clean.THOMAS M.
The Vehicle windshield & mirrors was not clean to a level that it had safety concerns driving the vehicle after sundown. We had to stop and wipe the inside and out side of the driver side to make it safer. Please wash the vehicle exterior periodically.ARUN A.

Very hard to locate since sinage is for a flower shop. Only u haul flag on Very busy corner. Told us to have it back by 1:30 bur had a reservation for someone else at 11am. Harassed by corporate office to bring it back with constant phone calls and texts.ROBIN B.

The mobile/online booking system is terrible. The idea is it is supposed to be more convenient... it's worse for the customer, and easier for the uhaul operator. It would have been MUCH easier to just walk in to the location rather than use the online experience.Russell F.
