This location is in a postal annex. The signage is not clear. A little confusing to figure out. The service was well below average. The attendant (I believe he was the owner) really didnt know what he was doing. After he pretended to know what he was talking about, He then handed me a key, no paperwork and said go get the truck! I can’t make this up! They had me walk around the block on a very busy street and look for this truck. I have used Uhaul many times. If this was my first experience I would probably not use them again. This location is really bad!

MICHAEL SThis was our second location that day to get a u-hual. The first was running so far behind that we came to this location. It took a few minutues and we were out the door. Staff was friendly and quick with checking in. Would recommend this location to everyone.

DARIUSH SStressful process, app wasn’t working well, took forever to upload pictures and van wasn’t where it was supposed to be. Parking was hard to find at dropoff. Stressful experience overall, the guy was nice though.
Justin SIt was in back of florist and no U-Haul sign was out. I had to ask florist why she had the U-Haul address. She told me it was in back of her shop. They need a sign!

Joseph WHard to find. The address says "Flower Shop" out front and unbeknownst to me, there was a kiosk in the back of it, where the Uhaul / UPS Store guy was. There should be a much bigger sign or up front instructions on how to find this place. Once I found it, the drop off was ok
MICHAEL SA little hard to find location in the center. No packing supplies at this location. Vehicle was clean and ready to go. Parking lot not convenient so glad they actually had the rental across the street.

MARSHA DMake sure that all equipment that is ordered is available at the location for pickup. The day before pick up, I was called by the location and told that the handtruck that I had ordered would not be available at that location. I had to go to another location to pick up the handtruck after I had picked up the moving truck.
KENT CThe equipment I reserved with the rental was not available and I had to driver to another location to pick it up. It was very frustrating as I was already on a time crunch and overwhelmed with moving. There was a bit of trash in the back that even the other person who I rented dollys from made a comment about the cleanliness of it.
Annette ORented a 9' van. Was told at the time we picked it up that the tank was full, and we were to return the van with a full tank. The entire rental covered 18 miles, but when I filled up the tank to return, it took 5 gallons. I paid more than $25 in fuel for an 18 mile rental. When I returned the van, I showed the fuel receipt, and the mileage was on the odometer, but I was told there was nothing that they could do to fix this. Really? There are too many other options out there to have to deal with this nonsense. Do better, U-haul.
ROBERT VUnfortunately, this location was awful. I have a complaint in with corporate U-Haul right now. They are looking into all the problems I incurred. I was double charged and treated with disrespect and poor business behavior. I am currently disputing the charges. Fortunately, there are many notes and recordings on my account, documenting all my calls through the day to U-Haul.

ASHRAF FI reserved to pickup at a Uhaul location, but was directed to a third party affiliate a day before. The truck was dirty and had a chipped window. With only 10k miles on it, the transmission slipped slightly over the 350 mile trip. Disconcerting. I don't think I'll use Uhaul again. I don't like how they farm out rental locations at the last minute. Also, seems this business model is begging for careless maintenance and poor vehicle condition and safety. The person who helped me with the pickup at the Postal Annex location I was directed to was courteous and clear about the process.

Catherine COur UHAUL truck was super easy to rent at an incredible price of just $19.95 per day. Our truck was ready at 9:00 AM sharp clean and gassed ready for use. Drop off the next morning was simple. Highly recommend this UHAUL rental service.

Grant GI’ve used this location twice. Twice I was charged for something that didn’t occur. I even told the Pickup location to make sure they had their counts right because the prior time the drop off location fabricated a story on missing blankets. Sure enough, $40 charge for an unsubstantiated reason. Clearly U-Haul should not be operating with a location whose objective is to charge clients first even if it’s fraudulent. I’m as honest as it gets and I’m convinced you have a fraudulent location. I won’t use U-Haul again for this and it’s ashamed for locations like the Rosemead location.
John HExtremely friendly and helpful. I appreciated their kindness, especially after a long move. They even came out to the parking lot to tell me where to park the vehicle instead of us driving around trying to find a “normal” parking spot.

BRYAN MI would never refer l Uhaul to anyone! There are so many hidden fees and the car smelled like sweat! How is it logical for any business entity to charge someone 20 dollars on a car and then 20 more dollars additionally to use the car?! I will rather go out of my war to warn people not to use Uhaul for anything! I basically had to pay 55 dollars to pick up a couch that I was getting for free. Excellent way to get scammed! Horrible business!

Daryoush SOther than the windshield being extremely dirty the van was fine. Ran well and was easy to drive. However, the maintenance light the tire sensor was on the whole time and I was unable to clear and confirm starting mileage. Check engine light on the whole time. Staff was nice and helpful.

Christena YThe staff was very friendly and the location was very convenient, but the truck that I was given was very dirty and had broken pieces in it. There was trash inside the cab, it had panels that would fall off when you opened the door (which you also had to slam to ensure it closed properly), and the headlights knob was completely missing. Literally, there was an empty hole where the headlights knob should have been to turn on the lights. Additionally, it was very dirty inside the back of the truck. Also, I called to ask if I could keep the truck and extra day and I was told that someone else had it reserved for the morning, which I understood, but I was then told I could return the truck later on that evening. I thought that was nice of them, but I was never informed that I would be charged for an entire extra day. If I would have known that I would be charged an additional day for keeping the truck a few extra hours, I would have never kept it and I would have returned the truck on time. Ultimately, I really like the location and I would use it very often if there were better trucks and any additional fees were shared ahead of time.

Pet SFor the most part, the rental went well, but there were two issues. The reservation was never added to my account in the U-Haul app, despite my calling corporate twice to resolve, so I had to call corporate again when I got to the location after hours in order to get the reservation to show up in the app so I could check out online. I was on hold for 40 minutes before finally being helped. The other issue was I was charged for fuel, despite returning the truck with exactly the same amount of fuel as when I picked it up. Fortunately, I took a photo of the mileage and fuel gauge when I dropped it off, and the rep at Postal Annex was very helpful with removing the charges after I sent him the photo. However, I should not have had to do all of that in the first place to be properly charged.

zorik sThe manager made sure to charge me for absolutely everything he could. I made one 20 mile round trip, and I was charged over $20 on gas for less than a quarter tank in gas. He said he was doing me a favor by not charging me for refolding blankets?? WHAT is the point of using UHaul when I might as well get movers and pay the same. Utterly unpleasant customer service. A refusal to give any reduced prices or discounts. I will never use uhaul again - obviously people who use uhaul are unable to pay movers. What’s the point when we’re gouged by the prices? Never again.
