I was not made aware of a gas fee and I was just a little bit under and I was charged $30.

The only issue we had is that we were supposed to be able to pick it up at 8:30am & it didn’t turn out that way. I had done it where I could do a mobile pickup using the app but the truck hadn’t been assigned to us. The 800 number helped us and we got the truck at 10am which out us half an hour behind, but it all turned out ok, because they gave us 24 hours to return it, which we didn’t keep it that long, but we also didn’t have to rush to return it. The people at the location were very nice and check in and out went smoothly since I still used the app for that. Better communication about not being able to get it with our app would have been nice, but overall everything went well.

No box found to drop keys. Was told by person at 800# to leave keys under seat after verifying location several times. No clear indication if we were even at the correct place. There are several other drops that are clearly marked! Why this location was chose I’ll never understand

If there was a full parking lot it would have been extremely difficult getting this car hauler out. Otherwise all was good

Drop off was easy and the location was in the same neighborhood where my daughter lives. Very happy with service and convenience.
