Locks are difficult to operate, it's clumsy to fiddle with you're phone, unlock here, picture there, check this, check that etc. very impersonal. Truck was very clumsy to drive, rough, doors didn't close with out a good slam.Alex I.

An explanation where vehicle should be left on the property when returned to avoid attendant being bothered because he has to lock up shop, drive the vehicle to set location, and making sure that customer is aware that the attendant is upset.Eric T.
My wait time was 45 minutes which is absurd. This apparently is a satellite franchises running many business out of a small location with onky one person to do it all. He was rude. The process for obtaining the truck and returning the truck should have been explained on the website ahead of time. It was way too cumbersome to use. I will NEVER use the 24/7 service OR this location again!Peggy S.
Have a uhaul rep on premises to take care of Uhaul customers and do the job right. The guy didn't want to inspect the truck with me to see if there was problems with it. The mileage odometer didn't work so I could not verify the number when I left and how many miles I did. When returning the truck I told the guy who was aware of it but didn't say anything. My estimated mileage was 21 miles. I was charged 24 gallons of fuel when I must have used 5 gallons max that is almost a gallon to the mile very expensive!The tank was not full when I left (I have pictures) when I gave it back I used barely under a quarter of a bar ( pictures). When I return the truck at around 4:36 pm I asked for a receipt but the guy told me I would get through my mail and I could go. By 6 pm still no mail so I called Uhaul and spoke to a rep the conversation was recorded and it showed I had not yet returned the truck. It is only today that I finally get a receipt. I am not happy at all with this experience at this place and certainly will not recommend it to anyone. I have used Uhaul in the past in Doral and 21 St street with competent people that I would highly recommend. Overall a very bad experience with this guy and this place.Natalie L.

Wasn't used to the new uhaul go thing. So when i dropped off truck and returned home didn't realize I had to do a bunch of things prior to leaving the vehicle. Had to return and finish check out procedure. Maybe have a quick guide for picking and returning if someone has never do it this way.Clarence H.

Ernesto is definitifely an asset in the company. He made sure over the phone I book a reservation when he could ensure the trick was available for rent. He gave me a call back 3 h before office closing hours same day instructing on drop off procedure and alternative. Was promised i would only be charged for a day because Sundays the are closed. I followed directions by leaving key under seat, filled gas and cleaned vehicle. I picked up vehicle at 1 pm. and clearly the staff said, â€œjust return it on Sunday and you will only be chatefged a day. I was charged for pads and dolly I never saw in truck. This is typical Miami behavior. I promised to spread the word that there thief's waiting to take you money and respect. Never again will I visit that location. The wait was long because there was only one person attending the uhaul section and mail section. When it came time to get my deposit back, the employee started doing other things instead of finishing with me.Joselyn D.
Employee at the shop didn't know truck had been delivered earlier. We waited over 40 mins to get the truck because of lack of having closed out the previous rental. Shouldn't cut into my time. Was told I had to return the truck at predetermined time eventhough rental was being obtained 30 mins after time we requested. Once we finished with the truck we returned it according to the instructions we were told in the am. 3.5 hours after we returned it we were getting called being told we had to return the truck. It had been parked in its spot, no one bothered to check from the store before calling us, again on them not us. And we returned it an hr before our assumed 4 hr rental. I returned the truck with more fuel than when I picked it up. Picked it up with 1/4 tank and dropped it off with more than 1/4. Now, I was told the tank was at 1/8. Charging me $20 for gas plus $30 for service fee. Who in the right mind leave a rental truck low in fuel knowing they are to nail you with a $6/gallon fuel Guess someone went on a joy. since they tell you to drop off the truck, put keys under seat and keep door unlocked. Well, me and my friend put $20 in the truck before returning it. And we both saw the needle between 1/4 and 1/2. Not very happy, guess i should had listen to my brother when he told me not to go with uhaul.pedro T.

The young lady that helped me was great but she seems to either need help when there are customers for the postal area or the U-Haul center should be closer to the printer area. I needed this for a Charity event & another mom had booked Budget - When I got there to pick up the truck, they didn't have one... UHAUL HELPED ME IN A VERY DIFFICULT SITUATION... Thanks!!! The truck itself needed windshield wiper fluid.sylvia N.

The way Uhaul handles unpaid tolls/tickets is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I will look for another rental company for this reason alone. For anyone else reading this review... MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A PORTABLE SUNPASS AND TAKE IT WITH YOU. Otherwise Uhaul will pass on the unpaid tolls (even if only $0.25)and ask you for a $30.00 surcharge. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!ELIAS R M.
Everything went ok except for the truck being dirty. It seems that someone used it to haul away debris from a rehab project because we found, drywall screws, sand and bits of what looked to be drywall residue or sand. We were moving our mattresses, furniture, etc. and didn't want to dirty or damage anything. The ironic thing is that I probably would have been charged a fee for not returning it clean if I had not cleaned it. It was the only one this size at the location I picked it up at. The guy that released the truck to me said that someone that took the truck in last must have forgotten to have it cleaned.Hernan L.

Terrible customer service from the beginning. Dropping off the truck was a hassle. I was also charged a gas fee although I filled up the tank to the amount I received the truck with. The fee was due to a mistake on the contract. I have photography to prove it but the people at the store couldn't help me all they did was give me a phone number for U-Haul and when I called I was hung up on by the rep.
