Nothing The Uhaul rep at postal connections was prepared for us, efficient and helpful. The trailer was exactly what we needed and clean .

The Utility Dolly I ordered with the reservation was not in the truck. I had to contact U-Haul after picking up the rental and after dropping it off to make sure I was not charged for it. The U-Haul app needs a lot of work. I could never login with email and password (only with phone number), often had "page does not exist" errors, and found the return photo of the passenger side confusing as the example showed the passenger-side interior of the truck. Seems like a photo of the entire passenger side would be needed. Appreciated the convenient location in town!

The tag that the key is in is too big for the box. We spent over 30 minutes trying to get the key out because the last person put it in the tall way and made it impossible for us to slide the door open. I had to call someone to come help me get the door open. This problem could be solved by a smaller key tag. Otherwise everything was great. The truck and location were wonderful.

Your trucks are fine except for one thing. NO CRUISE CONTROL! Lack of this will make me look elsewhere next time for a unit that HAS CRUISE CONTROL. I understand that this must be some kind of Lawyer related liability issue, but it is a HUGE problem for customers.

One thing that might be helpful in this location for app-based rentals is some kind of WiFi/internet hot spot due to cell service being spotty.

The trucks were hidden behind the building. The cell signal is poor on that location making the check in and check out experience just terrible and stressful

Go elsewhere if you need these rental services. Fuel not checked at last use. Cost me extra. Nicole didn't want to go outside to assist me with retrieving key, as it was too cold for her. Poor customer service. Poor Yelp review posted. Save yourself money grief before using this location.

Get someone that knows how to work with UHaul. They only knew how to hook up the trailer but not much of anything else.
