So bizarre. Insisted that I come early for my 9am pick-up because they "didn't open until noon," directed us to mobile pick-up, said the keys would be in the back of the truck (they weren't, she was there and handed them over). She mentioned dropping it off at the same location even though it was a one-way, so once it was dropped at the other location, I called as a courtesy confirmation and she freaked out and told me I had to bring it back despite the Goodyear folks having already taken care of it.
