My issue was not with this location, my issue was with my reservation as a whole. I reserved a vehicle for one way drop-off. I get to location and I’m told this vehicle must come back. We try to search for other vehicles to no avail as I’d needed a 15’ truck. With that, I’d already made plans for multiple pick-ups that could not be re-arranged AND as my plans were to drive one way, I was forced to pay additional fuel, additional mileage, and alter all of my plans to ensure I could get the truck back. I was highly disappointed and very upset with the amount of extra money spent. I’ve called, customer service to resolve the matter, however, I have yet to receive a call back. The amount of money I’d spent because of U-hauls error is disturbing.

The guy who handle postal and shipping including u haul, doesn’t know anything about his work. I waited 1 hr to get truck.
