I rented the van via app, and planned on using the no service needed. But somehow cancelled. The service person who helped me at the postal place helped but not knowledgeable on navigating the computer system. ended up asking for mine and my husband’s passports too, in addition to our Drivers license. Im worried that he took a picture of my passport on his personal cel phone. I didnt argue because I just wanted to get out of there with a van.

No option for physical check-in inside the business. Reservation was made online and I had to repeat everything through the app once I arrived. Didn’t really appreciate this in 15 degree weather. Lock on lock box was frozen and took additional time to free/unlock.
