nothing can be improved. the woman who helped me get setup with the truck was amazing. truck was clean and ready to go and got the job done flawlessly. postal express mail is a legit place.

FRANCISCO GTerrible experience I wouldn’t recommend an animal to this location. The staff aren’t so friendly the U-Haul truck I got Mom’ attic that’s the overhead cab was damage that all my stuff suffered water damage.

LAZARO VI had to go to 4 different locations to get a truck I had reserved. And then the only option I had was to return the truck back to where I had moved. Which is not what I wanted. Also the truck was given to me with 1/8 of a tank of gas.

James MWhen I got there and ask to rent the trailer outside, I was handed a phone with the actual person asking the question, so the customer service person was at another location, but the trailer was at the Postal Xpress Mail. Some of her question did not make sense. I decided not to continue with her, and went to the Grand Parkway location to see if the had a trailer available, which they did not. Through them, I made the reservation of the trailer from Postal Xpress, which was the only one in the area, and proceeded to pick it up. Thanks to the Grand Parkway location guy, that did a wonderful job and save me time and money.

Fred WPersonnel did not actually do anything other than the paperwork. Had to locate designated spot in public parking lot and disconnect trailer myself. Ordinarily this would be no problem but in this case I had broken my leg two days earlier. Fortunately I brought a friend. No inspection of trailer at time of drop-off to verify condition.
DAVID VFound trailer safety hook bent but usable, trailer was clean but needed sweeping out and no spare tire (not sure if this is normal, but would have felt safer on Interstate with a spare). The guy at pickup location didn't care when I mentioned all this. He said take pictures and go, if I have issues call 1-800 number for U-Haul.

Kevin GCustomer at the drop off location was helpful in explaining to a very bad customer service representative on my plight on how bad I was being treated. I will never in my life advice anyone in renting uhaul truck for out of State move. The Uhaul Customer service was complete BS and the whole system was a mess from the moment I started my reservation. I’ll advise people to save money and call on movers company in helping you get your household stuffs from our home/house to your final destination with ease and less stress. Don’t ever fall for uhaul tricks!!!! Wish I had the opportunity to replay and denounce the out of state move thing forever with uhaul.

Clifford CIf uhaul is offered at a certain location all employees should know how to deal with them. Took me 2 hours to get a truck and only 1.5 hours to load, unload and return. Was very inconvenient and frustrating. Had to pay the movers extra for their wait. THANKS A LOT POSTAL EXPRESS, you suck. Lilly, you were absolutely NO help!!

Natalie DThe counter guy had no idea about the new online system. He insisted I was there to return my truck when I walked in with the screen that says "get the key". Then did the same thing when I returned it. Forced me to show him a receipt and then forward to his email before i could leave the store. It ended up taking double the amount of time it should have.
Candace CNo signage, it's a postal/copy place, didn't know login for the uhaul system, didn't understand I had a reservation and appointment. Didn't know how to complete the rental process. Rented me a truck with a dolly in the back, I didn't need or ret a dolly.

Brittany LI called this location before I left Florida, to know if I can drop off the equipment after hours, the guy said yes just leave it in front of the store. I dropped off the equipment Saturday night March 18, 2017. They are closed on Sunday, I called Monday morning as soon as they open to check if everything is ok, His name sounds Emthicar, he said I need to come and sign the receipt at their FM 259 location. I called the location spoke to Donald, I asked if he can just send it to me by email and resend it back to them, he said ok and he will email it to me. I did not receive anything, So I called him back the following day to advise, he then said the 3038 N Fry location owner Edgar will take care of it. I called the Fry location again, the same guy that I spoke Monday told me, he will not be in until noon, I told him I will be working by then I left my telephone number and requested to call or text me. No response. These people doesn't seem to know how take care of their clients.
