I have no issue with Postman Plus. The issue I have is it took 1 HOUR to confirm our pickup and get the code to the lock box. One hour of a 4 hour window, so then we only had 3 to complete our move. Uhaul had to call THREE different family and friends to confirm they could call them if we were back late - further delaying our start. Never did I think two 30-something adults would have to have their mothers called on a Saturday morning so we could rent a van for a few hours. I'd rather buy a truck than rent another Uhaul.Kelli B.

Truck was dirty, I had reserved a truck but it took almost 20 minutes to complete the transaction. Person was unable twice to take picture of my license. Told me it would be $20.00 if I returned it late but if you use the app it wouldn't ok we'll waive that. Huh?Eugene G.

i signed out the vehicle paperwork and guage read full yet it took 6.339 gallons to fill trip took @28 miles so over 4 miles per gallon seems steep.when questioned the pre-trip acceptance was stated as reason to accept the discrepancy. so, no resolution sorry sadthomas I.

Ramps should be included in all of the trucks prepared for lease. (Many of us seniors cannot use the 10' bed trucks because we cannot climb into them).JOHN S.

I rented a uHaul van and the odometer was not the reading that was on my contract, i was over charged for the rental. I returned th uhaul shortly after the place closed , locked it up and placed the keys into the drop box. Closer to the end of the evening I received a text message asking for pictures of the inside of the van and the odometer reading. I should have been informed this was going to occur.Brian A.
I was charged 8.00 for fuel.. I have rented from uhaul many time and have never had a fuel charge. I make sure my rental is returned with the proper fuel level.. very disappointed in this location.. you can check my history to see often I rent from uhaul. I will definitely be looking into other rental options..HENRY J.

Update your ancient and inefficient online registration system. The poor service rep had to resort to paper because the system was so slow which resulted in delaying me considerably. Your company should be able to provide better online service.Patrick B.

Have the Uhaul at the confirmed location instead of sending your customer on a wild goose chase to find their Uhaul! Also, the cab was a mess when we picked it up. It was covered in cat or dog hair, and for someone who has severe allergies, it made my 12 hour trip unbearable.Paige H.

I made a reservation for pick up van in 8641 Pulaski Hwy, Rosedale, MD 21237. The man told he did not have van for me, let me go another location, but I made a reservation a week ago, he said I also had to make appointment for the store, I am so anger,I made a reservation for one way, I had take Uber to postman Plus, I spent extra money for Uber, the lady who works at Postman Plus that is so kind, and explain everything to me, I am so disappointed to Uhaul center (8641 Pulaski Hwy, Rosedale, MD 21237).
