The van was surrounded by a huge snow bank. They knew that when we rented it and when asked why they would rent the van stuck in snow they said they had no shovels at the location. Had to go buy a $40 shovel at the hardware store to get the vehicle out. I was on a time limit so I had no recourse or time to do anything else. Offered no discount or help.
