They were extremely busy and there's way too much equipment. Very overcrowded. Maybe there needs to be another drop off centre near bye.

During the online booking process, at no time was I alerted to the fact that I would need a phone with data plan to log on to a website to gain entry to the vehicle I booked. I showed up on site and could not get into the vehicle I rented because I do not (for personal reasons) have a data plan on my phone. I got a friend with a data plan to come and help, but once we visited my account, there was no indication whatsoever how to get in to the vehicle. It took an hour an a half of screwing around with your agent (Practicar) who finally got through to somebody who gave me the code to get in to the vehicle. I wasted an hour and a half of my time and my friend's time. My experience was stressful and unpleasant. I do want to say that your agent (Practicar, Victoria, B.C.) was very helpful. In future I will recommend to friends NOT TO BOOK A RENTAL: from Uhaul because of this unpleasant experience. Please make it clear from the initial booking that in order to get your vehicle you will need a data plan and phone, on site. I will NEVER book with Uhaul again. I will look for a rental agency with REAL PEOPLE on site who can hand me the keys and document the condition of the vehicle and the fuel and mileage. Your "no person on site" access strategy SUCKS.

Our experience was marred by the online-check in, which has a malfunctioning page (the upload headshot page) and would not move past this step in the process. We tried the app on more than one device, and using WiFi and LTE services, to no avail. We called customer service, but were kept on hold for over 25 minutes with no sign of a solution in sight. Luckily, we were spotted by a person connected with UHAUL, Joe, who gave us a number for an incredible UHAUL Rep named Tina. Tina answered our call and set up a contract for us to be able to finally access the truck, nearly an hour after we arrived to the site. Thanks to Tina, we safely got our truck!

The online pickup is glitchy and wasted so much of my time. The code wasn't provided, it just told me to go in and ask for it. Where I was meant to go wasn't clear. I won't be using Uhaul again.

The major problem was with the mobile application... I do not think that you had done assurance quality on it....worst apps so far.... If it is not of the rental Manager ... I will not be able to rent your truck And the lock is VERY difficult to worked with

I didn't know I had to sign onto UHaul.ca to get a code to unlock the truck. There was no one there on the Saturday and I waited for almost an hour to pick up the truck. I ended up talking to at least 4 different people. It all worked out in the end but I was not a happy camper
